RENTAL PROCEDURES
1. In order to rent your property, maintenance fees must be paid in full. Call 1-866-228-6796 to find out about your unit and the status of its maintenance fees. You may send a check or money order for your maintenance fees along with the rental agreement mentioned in step 3. Please keep this check separate from other payments.
2. The current rental pool opens March 21st of each calendar year. For instance, the rental pool opens March 21, 2008 for the calendar year 2009. Rental pool agreements will be available online as of March19, 2008 for 2009 rentals.
3. Send a $50.00 listing fee payment in the form of check or money order with the rental agreement to KCP Rental Department, 11712 Jefferson Ave., Suite C115, Newport News, Virginia 23606. Hand deliveries cannot be accepted. Please keep this check separate from other payments also.
You will be notified by a phone call aprox 60 days after we receive the agreement and again 60 days after the rental. Please include your home and mobile phone numbers. Calls are returned from 11am to 11pm 7 days a week.
We apologize, but we cannot accept credit cards.
HELPFUL HINTS
- The earlier you get in the rental pool the more money you will make on
your rental.
- There are 4 categories of rentals. Please call 1-877-557-3529 Mon–
Thurs from 9am to 6pm for explanation on the category system.
- There will be a 30% fee to cover property rental costs.
- Checks will be disbursed between Dec1, 2009 and March 25, 2010.
- Some reservations booked before certain dates are eligible for higher
income based on the category system.
