Owners can book bonus usage for additional costs. To book bonus usage you must contact the Rental Department and they will check availability and discuss rates with you.
Owners can now book bonus usage for three (3) nights to seven (7) nights in length and up to one (1) year in advance. Starting rates listed below:
1 BR - Rates start at $59 plus tax per night
2 BR - Rates start at $109 plus tax per night
1 BR Estates - Rates start at $79 plus tax per night
2 BR Estates - Rates start at $129 plus tax per night

Also, style of unit is not guaranteed and all payments are non-refundable. Owners may allow family or friends to use bonus usage, there will be a non-owner surcharge added to nightly rate.
